Terms
By submitting to Plinthcore you agree to the following. All of it is straightforward. None of it should surprise you.
What you agree to
- Your submission is your own genuine experience, knowledge, or perspective
- You are not submitting on behalf of a paid campaign, political organisation, or corporate interest
- You are not targeting, defaming, or identifying private individuals
- Your submission relates to a systemic issue, not a personal dispute
- You consent to your submission being included in the Ground Report, attributed as you specified
- You are at least 16 years of age
What gets removed
- Coordinated identical submissions, flagged as manipulation and excluded from synthesis
- Content targeting private individuals
- Hate speech, harassment, or content designed to harm
- Submissions that are clearly commercially or politically motivated
- Content that is demonstrably false and designed to mislead
What never gets removed
- Genuine lived experience, however uncomfortable
- Criticism of governments, institutions, corporations, or public figures
- Minority positions. The Ground Report represents all views, not just popular ones.
- Submissions that challenge the status quo
The First Nations space
The First Nations bubble is a protected space. By submitting there you confirm you are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Submitting falsely in this space is a breach of these terms and a breach of trust.
Plinthcore's responsibilities
- We will read every submission
- We will represent every genuine perspective in the Ground Report with equal rigour
- We will deliver the Ground Report to every relevant body with the power to act
- We will send the Ground Report to your inbox at the same time it goes to world leaders
- We will never take a position on any issue
- We will always be transparent about our methodology
- We will always publish a human review statement with every Ground Report
What Plinthcore reserves the right to do
- Close issues when the Ground Report threshold is met
- Moderate submissions that breach these terms
- Determine the Ground Report methodology, always transparently and always explained publicly
- Refuse submissions that are clearly not genuine
What Plinthcore will never do
- Sell your data
- Take advertising
- Accept political donations
- Take a position on any issue
- Generate a Ground Report before both the submission threshold and deliberation period are met
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
